Your Impact
The CDA Technical Solutions Architect serves as a technology expert, collaborating closely with the Country Digitization Leader and the Sales organization to drive the technical execution of CDA projects from design to implementation.
In this role, you will innovate, design, and drive unique technology solutions leveraging Cisco’s comprehensive product portfolio while addressing multiple technology and business use cases. You also act as an internal and external consultant, providing deep technical expertise in a specific domain or serving as an integrator of various technology trends, assessing their impact on Cisco products and third-party solutions.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Develop and review project deliverables, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), implementation plans, and organizational change strategies. Technical Demonstrations: Deliver demonstrations and proofs of concept to showcase the value of Cisco’s portfolio. Software Skills: Utilize software tools to configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions. Technical Advisor: Build demonstration capabilities within the EDGE Centers and SMMEs, serving as a trusted technical resource. Architectural Solutions: Support internal and partner technical sales teams in designing innovative architectural solutions that align with strategic objectives. Business Reviews: Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess and communicate progress. Customer Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback to Cisco to inform product improvements. Representation: Serve as the authoritative face of Cisco at the EDGE Center.This role demands a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to drive impactful digital transformation initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes for stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in ICT roles and up to date with new developing technologies and ICT trends Holder of Cisco Technology Certifications (CCNA and CCNP as a minimum. CCIE is a plus) Expert in projects design and implementation with a proven track record in balancing multiple and large technical automation projects Experienced in large system integration design, implementation, and management Experience with providing technical leadership, and collaborating with systems engineers, design, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives, and communicating technical options to leads and clients Candidates must be based in Morocco. Effective written and verbal communication and social skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Current understanding of standard methodologies regarding system and technology with excellent knowledge and experience working with innovative technologies like cloud, AI, security and data management Expertise in software engineering and design architecture Excellent collaborator with business and technical colleagues, adept at building rapport CCIE or CCDE certification. Basic knowledge of software programmability, automation, orchestration, and virtualization. Developing presentation skills. Experience working independently and as part of a team.
