Position Purpose:
Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV systems, security hardware, and lock mechanisms across assigned locations. Supports store operations by ensuring all security technology and locking systems are functioning properly and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Install new CCTV cameras and related equipment Maintain and troubleshoot existing cameras; replace equipment as needed Complete CCTV special project work such as: SCO expansions Everseen installations and repairs Refreshment Zone projects RX expansions DUG expansions Other assigned security‑related installations Perform cable pulls from the server room to camera locations. Configure new cameras (CCTV client connection, server maintenance, verification testing, etc.). Provide store training on camera use as needed Install Freedom Cases Install new lock cores and remove/replace damaged cores. Cut and issue keys per company security protocols. Install lock‑up cases and secure hardware as assigned. Maintain and repair emergency exit alarm systems. Perform store recore/rekey work due to lost or stolen keys. Complete special locksmith projects as assigned.Qualifications: The following are preferred:
Education Level:
High school diploma or equivalent. Trade school, technical training, or locksmith/CCTV certification preferred.
Skills and Experiences:
Experience with CCTV installation, low‑voltage work, or camera system maintenance. Locksmithing experience, including core installation and key cutting. Experience in retail, facilities, or technical field service work preferred. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and understand manuals, diagrams, and work orders. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to work independently and manage assigned ticket workload. Must be computer‑literate and able to use company systems for documentation. Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments. Must be able to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, climbing, twisting, and reaching. Use of ladders, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment is required. Must use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 100% travel within assigned geographical area.
The pay is $50.00per hour, no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications. Depending on length of service, hours worked benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
