WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

A university degree in university degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in team management within Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inventory Control, or similar areasExperience working with ERP systems (SAP P1, S4HANA) and inventory management toolsStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesFluent English - both written and spokenExperience with front-end systems (e.g., Cegid) is an asset.

Overseeing a team of Supply Chain Services Executives, supporting their development and performanceWorking closely with Deployment Team to implement best practices and utilize technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.Monitoring key performance indicators and metrics, identify areas for improvement.Assigning tasks, setting goals, and evaluating performance to foster a high-performing and cohesive team.Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of objectives.Establish an environment of continuous improvement where direct reports stay motivated to meet or exceed both service and cost objectives.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures related inventory management.
