As a **CCM EngageOne Consultant** you will make an impact as an experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Solutions Developer with deep expertise in Precisely’s EngageOne™ suite, including Enrichment, Communicate, andwork collaboratively with management, team members and client. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. **Location:** **Chicago (Remote)** **Role & Responsibilities:** + Design and implement CCM solutions using EngageOne™ Enrichment and EngageOne™ Communicate + Develop and manage print stream technologies and digital communications (email, SMS, push notifications) + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications + Customize and configure EngageOne™ Designer, Server, Vault, and Deliver modules. + Ensure compliance with branding and regulatory standards in all communications + Provide technical leadership and support to junior developers and cross-functional teams + Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of communication workflows **Required Skills:** + 6-12 years of experience in CCM platforms, with strong hands-on expertise in Precisely EngageOne™ Enrichment, Communicate, and Compose + Proficiency in document composition, print stream processing, and digital communication technologies. · Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PCE, Linux shell) and integration via APIs and web services + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
