Responsibilities
* Accountable/responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers.
* Field and respond to customer inquiries.
* Administration duties for Service Department: looking after truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, generator related service
* Maintain customer relations as a top priority
* Issuing/receiving of purchase orders for service department.
* Opening and closing of work orders, scheduling of work for technicians
*Warranty administration

Requirements
* 2 + years of related experience in service administration, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.
* Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators, and Marine industry is an asset.
*Strong Excel Skills
* Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, outlook, word, excel and power point
* Parts department knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial or generator
* Basic understanding of business principles; WIP, sales tracking, etc..
* Strong multi-tasking skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
