CCB FX Specialist
CCB FX Specialist is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. **Responsibilities:** + **NCA/NTFX** 1. Early stage meeting with ALL FX prospects or Identified FX prospects to scope FX wallets. 2. Closely work with bankers in tracking progress of prospect list. 3. Share periodic analysis with FX seniors on : a. Health of FX pipeline b. NCA Quality (incl % of FX potential in overall NCA) c. FX activation TAT post onboarding 4. Organize pipeline reviews with banking & FX salespersons。 5. Ensure onboarding readiness of NTFX i.e. base set-up/ PSE/ ISDA。 6. Transaction execution strategy for NTFX i.e. Pulse at activation or CBFT or Workflow. 7. Pulse documentation, set-up & activation。 8. Assist with Markets campaign and strategy to identify incremental new clients within banking TM **Tail names (SoW & Reactivations)** 1. Automation strategy along with portfolio sales to maximize revenue; Repricing and CBFT maintenance. 2. Identification of larger wallets in NEXT/ Tail clients for SoW push. 3. Client meeting with TTS/ Banking for joint push. 4. Reactivation of inactive wallets (Clients who have not dealt in last 12 months) . 5. Support portfolio sales for transactional processing of select clients. 6. New-to-investment upselling from long-tailed clients + CCB FX Specialist provides sales support coverage across all PFSS products globally, specifically around the creation and maintenance of RFP, RFI and DDQ responses and pitchbooks + This particular role directs the creation and timely delivery of responses to prospective client proposals, coordinating closely with sales and client executive leads + Individual should coordinate all necessary aspects of RFP/RFI/DDQ responses, ensuring questions are addressed accurately and the response is submitted in a timely manner + Responsible for coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure standard responses held within relevant systems and content library are kept current and accurate + Individual ensures information in responses is consistent with business goals and strategic messaging, as well as aligned with the specific needs of the client or prospect + Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure + Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics + Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation + Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** + 10+ years of experience + Sales support and/or marketing experience + Advanced knowledge of the Investor Services and/or traditional asset manager business + Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel + Proven communications and project management skills **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
