GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training from Squad through Echelon Above Brigade (EAB). Technical integration between simulation and systems. Establish /maintain training and exercise networks. Accomplish Risk Management Framework Certification and Accreditation security and risk management activities.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:
Provides classroom-based instruction on multiple Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS).Delivers small, medium and large collective training events / exercises in accordance with the established MTC training program. Supports Unit Commander’s Training Objectives by developing training methods and materials such as curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on consultation with client / user specifications.Develop TSP training products that include comprehensive operational procedures for an integrated federation of C2IS and Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) simulation / stimulation systems. Participates in Event / Exercise lifecycle management (planning, preparation, execution and recovery, AAR). Consults with users to design, create, and configure systems to meet their training requirements. Assists in the development of training environments that are unique to unit training requirements. Completes setup and configuration of systems, conducts testing, troubleshooting and modification of systems as required. Participates in internal AARs upon completion of trainingCertifies IAW the Professional Development and Certification Program (PDCP)Performs other duties as requiredWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BA/BS or equivalent years of experienceExperience: 5 years of military training and training support operations; MTC experience highly preferredRequired Technical skills:Training / instruction expertiseHands on expertise on C2IS and Sim-Stim systems and integrationRobust knowledge of the Army and Joint Event Life Cycle and planning processes, simulation and tactical network architectureSecurity Clearance: Secret Clearance required to start.US citizenship RequiredRequired Skills and Abilities:Superb presentation and communication skillsStrong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on JELC / ELM requirements and Simulation objectivesMust be able to lead a planning team to create a high-fidelity, realistic training event in a Live, Virtual, and Constructive environment to meet customer requirementsLocation: Onsite at Ft Bragg, NCGDIT IS YOUR PLACE
