Job DescriptionManages an organized system in order to enable the continuous approach and resolution of problems arising during current activities, to allow continuous improvement of the obtained results;Supports the efforts from other areas and Departments in understanding and applying Lean Manufacturing principles by transmitting information, ensuring coaching actions to improvement team members, applying control methods of processes or tools specific to Lean systems - assistance for members of improvement teams during utilization of tools and specific methods of analyzing for Lean Manufacturing: PDCA, Kaizen, diagrams and flow maps, Pareto diagrams, Ishikawa, etc;Designs methods for process improvements, plans and applies improvements process, identifies the internal aspects of the overall approach to process performance, applies solutions to accomplish visual management of processes;Involves, teaches and trains the plant employees to respect Lean management culture, having a direct "hands on" approach, for example Yellow Belt classes or similar;Develops Continuous Improvement road map for the plant and tracks KPIs;Coordinates and ensures continuous improvement activities.QualificationsUniversity degree, engineering;5 years experience in Industrial engineering domain / Lean manufacturing;Experience in project management, leading projects and/ or team coordinator;Communication skills;Lean methods and principles (eg. Kaizen, PDCA, Ischichawa, 5S, TPM, SMED, Standard work, VSM);Lessons Learned;SPS Methodologies and Tools (eg. A3);English language - minimum B2.Additional InformationWhat we offer:
