Responsible for developing and implementing the brand commercial strategy for Brand/Portfolio. Key responsibilities will include tactical plan development, implementation, communications, stakeholder management and tracking key performance indicators (KPI’s).
PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES / RESPONSABILIDADES:
· Strategic planning and tactical execution for the brand/portfolio, including driving the launch and setting the strategic direction of a new asset
· Tactical plan development, implementation of marketing initiatives and programs together with ongoing evaluation of the brand initiatives
· Provide country input into overall Global Initiatives (GLOCAL) o Tailor regional/global brand strategies to local market needs and define local priorities for business o Define tactical implementation plan to prepare for execution and tailors as appropriate for different market segments, leveraging best practices o Leads the development of rapidly-created, agile and modular content using available tools o Uses streamlined content testing and actively identifies gaps to inform new content development
· Maximize impact of marketing activities through optimal channel mix, including digital channels o Drive innovation in a highly dynamic and competitive market by challenging the status quo o Find new models of go to market to check quick-win opportunities for growth
. Lead development and implementation of omnichannel strategic and tactical plan, partnering with CBL and cross functional teams
. Develop and implement digital solutions that focus on addressing patient needs and improving patient outcomes with positive impact and return on investment for our business
. Embraces Data and Technology to develop strategies of brand plans, engage HCPs and generate insights to integrate patients’ perspective/needs
. Uses real-time customer behavior to sharpen customer segmentation and execution of marketing mix – delivering content that is more relevant and timely
. Working with digital ensure search engine optimization (SEO) is incorporated into marketing tactics to ensure that our channels are at the top of search engines as this drives how many visitors go to our channels
· Partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide materials and programs to support patient needs o Foster relationships with key influencers, opinion leaders and target customer groups within the disease area o Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as KOLs and policy makers o Create and maintain a local team culture that challenges the status quo, values collaboration and supports innovation
· Develop digital businesses meetings strategy, validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory), develop awareness campaigns, congresses content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical
· Maintain a tracking of Key Performance Indicators related to the specialty and rapidly adjusts engagement approach based on new insights o Accountable for the planning & spending of budgets (revenue/DME) o Oversee country sales and forecasting, including monitoring performance vs KPIs.
QUALIFICAÇÕES NECESSÁRIAS PARA O CARGO:
Education
• University degree required (business administration or scientific degree preferred)
• MBA in the marketing/business area or related area preferred
Languages
• Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English required (Advanced/Fluent)
Experience:
. Minimum 05 to 10 years prior experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or Health Market
· Strong personal integrity, and customer focus
· Previous experience with Digital Initiatives and team’s leadership (direct or indirect)
· Strong ability in process and project management, agile in a fast-paced environment, resourceful and solution oriented
· Able to effectively contribute and work on multifunctional teams, working as a lead in agile teams and ability to orchestrates teams to focus on remove barriers to achieve goals
· Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and advanced presentation skills
· Must be able to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing field- based environment
· Experience in working with different channels i.e. digital
· Experience in creating tailored ways of engaging with external stakeholders
· Ability to move fast in response to what is happening in the external marketplace
· Ability to create modular content with new ways of working with Legal/Reg to quickly assemble content for all channels
· Ability to rapidly test content and channel mix torespond to real-time customer behavior
· Experience on the pulse of the customer and leverages omnichannel approach to impact behavior and mindset with speed and agility
· Deep analytics fluency, continuously monitors insights, and test-and-learn, iterative mindset
· Must be customer obsessed and a proactive and active listener
· Ability to understand the different messaging needed for different generations
· Strong leadership skills with ability to cascade Pfizer’s culture, attract top talent, empower colleagues, motivate and inspire team to exceed expectations
