In the Customer Development function, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking value and fostering lasting relationships with our customers. JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Plan and align in store marketing campaigns with the Category team

Align and agree with the customers on the campaign landing dates, locations, spaces, and number of elements

Build up quarterly marketing plans in line with Category jobs to be done and Customer marketing calendars

Budget management and ROI analysis on all activities.  

Brief marketing agencies on the elements needed for production

Track the execution and coverage of the marketing campaigns

Create and maintain project trackers to ensure all plans are on track as per aligned timelines and guidelines

Ensuring full BDA utilization for marketing elements for all customers

Weekly market visits and market/competition analysis

Ensuring OSA, SOS, SOF are all landing as per agreed targets

Planning and executing Customer specific events (JBPs, Roadshows, etc)

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 

Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a minimum.

Relevant Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales Experience

 

Skills

Strong creative and analytical skills

Strong market, brand, and shopper behavior understanding

Proven ability to deal with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

High level of organization and tracking abilities
