Develop and align at the regional level the **Retail Category Development** strategies that increase the value of the categories in which CP participates, focusing on the needs of the clients, the consumer and the shopper.
**What you will do**
+ Lead the productivity analysis and presentation of planogram proposals with key customer for its different Retail Environment / categories.
+ Inform, manage and communicate internally, the implementation and effectiveness of the categories strategies agreed with Customer
+ Influence the strategies of the categories where Colgate participates with customer in its different Retail Environments (RE), in search of category growth.
+ Generate selling stories showing the performance of the category based on the strategies implemented and define next steps to increase the value of the categories
+ Adjust the shelf accommodation guides for Custoemr by RE according to the guidelines established by the Category CATMAN Experts and communicate to the local teams for its implementation.
+ Monitoring, analysis and presentation of the evolution of category spaces in customer of the categories in which CP participates.
+ Manage and ensure the implementation of point of sale initiatives (planograms and others) agreed with customer
+ Share relevant category communications (Public Relations letters, Scorecards) to strengthen the relationship with Customer at all levels.
+ Schedule and conduct induction / training for regional and local buyers in the categories in which Colgate participates.
+ Carry out joint visits with Regional and local buyers to points of sale to verify implementations and identify opportunities for improvement.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Marketing
+ Knowledge in managing MS Office (advanced Excel), Databases & dashboards
+ Experience in FMCG Companies
+ 90% of English language
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration
+ At least 2 years as Catman Expert
+ Knowledge in managing Tableau, Spaceman and Space Planning
