**Job Title: Level 3 Catheter Builder** **M - Th 5am - 3;30pm $23 plus depending on expereince** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team as a Level 3 Catheter Builder, where you will be responsible for reading work instructions, reviewing drawings, and constructing catheter assemblies and subassemblies. You will work within a cleanroom environment, utilizing a microscope and small hand tools to complete your tasks. Your role will involve documenting processes, performing visual inspections, and ensuring the final packaging of catheters is up to standard. **Responsibilities** + Read and follow work instructions and production drawings. + Build catheter assemblies and subassemblies in a cleanroom. + Work under a microscope to complete precise tasks. + Use small hand tools to aid in catheter construction. + Document work processes in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems. + Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards. + Complete final packaging of catheters. **Essential Skills** + 3-4 years of full catheter build experience, including liner stretching, bonding, annealing, braiding, reflow, and stringing. + Proficient use of micrometers for measuring. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions. + High school diploma or GED equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Balloon catheter building experience is preferred but not required. + Hand dexterity for working with small pieces, with or without a microscope. + Patience and diligence in assembly tasks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with comprehensive group health and welfare benefits, including dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Accounts, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
