You will** **demonstrate** **clinical competency, nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care. You will be part of a team that pulls together to provide** **a quality** **patient care experience. We are seeking passionate individuals who are ready to take their career to the next level!** **In this role:** + **You will be responsible for all testing and therapeutics that take place in the** **cath** **lab. These procedures include but are not limited** **to:** **cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker, tilt-table, angioplasty, stent, dialysis catheter, nephrostomy and ureteral tube, IVC filter, IABP,** **pericardiocentesis** **, and stress testing procedures.** + **You will** **facilitate** **effective communication among departmental staff to ensure** **interdisciplinary** **and collaborative approach to patient care.** + **You will** **appropriate SBAR** **process for hand-off communication.** + **You will** **assist** **the patient through all aspects of the procedure, including transport, site preparation, sterile procedure, patient monitoring, and hemostasis following removal of catheter or sheath, and return to room.** + **You will manage** **emergent** **cases.** + **You will** **maintain** **accurate** **,** **timely** **and compliant patient records and complete all paperwork associated with these procedures.** + **You will prepare tests for physician interpretation.** **What qualifications you will need:** + Current State of Idaho RN license in good standing + Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred  + American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification + American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certified (ACLS) within six months of hire + Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support or obtain within90 days of date of hire Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (https://eirmc.com/) (EIRMC) is a full-service hospital with 318+ patient beds.
