As a Community Host / Service Supervisor with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do: 

To take responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Restaurant and Hospitality Lead.To Receive deliveries, process invoices, take accurate stock count and keep stock at required levelsSupervise the delivery of all soft FM services, including daily cleaning, periodic deep cleans, waste management, washroom services, pest control, and grounds maintenance.Actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site OH&S compliance together with the monitoring of related equipmentMotivate, engage and lead Coffee Bar Team to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to Sodexo policies and proceduresEnsure the prompt provision and efficient service of all Coffee bar and catering requirements at the specified time to the standards laid down in the KPI's and catering guidelinesBe the face of Cafes service and own the service front and back of house Ensure that the Company’s accountancy documentation and administration procedures are carried out to the Sodexo Way Compliance Standards and that the necessary weekly and monthly returns are completed accurately and transmitted at the appointed time or dispatched manually.Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required.Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless workplace experience.

What you'll bring: 

Previous experience in a similar client facing role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key

A positive, energetic and proactive attitude

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Shown Ability in leading a team 

High organizational skills Industry acumen and knowledge of external catering developments and innovationsStrong financial understanding and demonstrable budgeting managementExperienced in adhering to and driving company initiatives Personal innovation and passion for food and coffee serviceDemonstrative customer focus and service skillsStrong communication, and negotiation skills Experience working in a standards /compliance environment Relevant craft and H&S qualifications and training
