The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship. Catering Server
The Catering Server is responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner; and plays an integral role in ensuring guests have exceptional experiences. Catering Servers are expected to be attentive to our guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.Follow the Legends Service StandardsGreet guests within 1 minute of them arriving to their seatsTake beverage order within 2 minutes of arrivalProperly ring in items into the Point of Sales systemDeliver beverages within 5 minutes after placing orderSuggest menu items and take orderDeliver food order in a timely mannerConduct 2 minute / 2 bite check backPractices table maintenanceCheck back for additional drink orderDeliver bill and collects payment in a timely mannerPerform all opening, closing and side work duties as assignedMust be knowledgeable of food and beverage items offered in their assigned locationFollow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standardsAdhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelinesOther duties as assignedRequirements
