Job Advert: Catering Project Manager (Fixed Term)
Location: St Mary’s Academy and Christ the King Catholic Academy
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 days per week
Salary: €35,000 per annum
Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years

Sodexo is recruiting a Catering Project Manager to lead operations across two school sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business or operations manager with a passion for quality food service, client satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily catering operations to meet service standards

Lead, support, and develop a team of 10 staff

Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and allergen standards

Monitor financial performance including labour, goods, and expenses

Build strong client relationships and drive contract satisfaction

Deliver food quality and service aligned with client expectations

Implement innovative and efficient processes across operations

Candidate Profile:

Strong operational and team leadership experience

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Sound financial understanding and computer literacy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results

Flexible, motivated, and committed to high standards
