We are now seeking a Catering Manager to join our team at RAF Odiham in Hook, Hampshire.

 What you’ll do:

Oversee all catering, hospitality, and retail café operations on-siteManage front-of-house delivery across all messes and support mess bar functionsLead, develop and support team performance through reviews and trainingDrive food safety, hygiene, and service excellence in line with Sodexo and client standardsEnsure financial targets are met, including margin, sales, and waste controlLiaise with clients and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and build strong relationships

What you bring:

Proven experience in catering or hospitality managementStrong knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulationsExcellent leadership and team development skillsStrong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and stockConfident communicator with the ability to build client and customer relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office and catering systems (e.g., Kronos, LeanPath, Drive, CPOS)
