Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Catering Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Catering Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of bars and beverage outlets. What will you do?Enforce work procedures and service standards across beverage outletsObserve, evaluate, and document bartender and porter performance; assist with team member training and outlet operationsInspect bars and assigned areas to ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health codes, and safety regulationsInvestigate monetary discrepancies, analyze operational issues, and resolve problems with associates and guests in coordination with managementManage inventory by estimating needs, inspecting deliveries, performing monthly counts, and enforcing inventory and labor controls

More about youMust be at least 18 years old Minimum of 1 year of experience in a foodservice position required; previous experience as a supervisor or manager preferred Excellent guest service skills and basic math skills Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills 

Physical requirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds Capacity to stand and walk during the entirety of shift
