SUMMARYThis position is responsible for all tasks related to catering special functions and cafeteria deli Tasks include but are not limited to set up clean up ordering supplies communication with customers preparing food for catering and deli paperwork associated with catering The position must complete all tasks following JCAHO state and facility requirementsCOMPETENCIESmiddot Good organizational and time management skills Can manage multiple prioritiesmiddot Must be able to read and communicate both verbally and in writing in Englishmiddot Must be able to perform basic math skills to complete any needed paperworkmiddot Must be able to consistently exhibit good interpersonal relations with co workersmiddot Must maintain a strong customer service attitude as demonstrated by behavior when communicating and interacting with customersmiddot Must be able to follow written instructionsmiddot Must demonstrate good judgment when responding to customer requestsmiddot Must be able to adapt to last minute requestsmiddot Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to meet the needs of catering requestsmiddot Must be able to pushpull carts with catering supplies
