For more information, visit www.pepsico.com Responsibilities Develops Snacks and Beverages Category Growth plans and deploys with top accounts Proactively drive customer category conversation with its customer counterpars Develops and ensures implementations of the planograms based on category growth plans Develops recommendation for product exit based on category performance by taking overall market performance into account Accountable to deliver MU NR, GP %, NOPBT % Accountable to drive strong collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Insights and Sales to ensure that Cateogry Growth plans reflect commercial and brand strategies Participates in Sales meetings Ensure own presence in the markets with regular visits in different regions and customers Contributes to T2T with key customers distributors and wholesalers and plays an active role in presenting and deploying plans with customer Contributes to WCCE agenda with all big key accounts to develop strong category growth plans beyond Y1 execution across Snacks and Beverage categories Participation in the DX LT to drive overall business and people agenda Act as ambassador for the CatMan role in the BU to inspire others to aspire the position Qualifications Bachelor/MSC in Management, Business Administration Excellent written and oral English Excellent MS office skills 7-9 years of experience in Commercial roles Multi Category experience (ideally in both Snacks and Beverages) Multi Functional experience (ideally incl. Sales) Strong commercial business acumen and P&L literacy Understand how to influence people for ideas and plans Strong in driving engagement and getting buy in from key stakeholders Leverages functional experience to independently solve business challenges Able to build strong customer relationships to drive WCCE agenda Strong understanding of consumer and brands to enable holistic perspective Gives actionable feedback to help people improve Coaches team members within DX and acts as functional Role Model Clearly communicates ideas, plans and priorities to others Proven record in building successful customer relationships / interactions
