This Position reports to:
Global Procurement & Logistics Manager
As the Service Regional Category Manager, EL Indirect Materials and Service (Americas), you are tasked with crafting Category Strategies and implementing a series of high-value strategic initiatives across the Americas region. Leveraging your extensive expertise in HR Services, Marketing, Legal, Consulting, and Professional Services, you proactively identify opportunities, collaborate with senior business stakeholders and Business Procurement/Finance, and manage Category suppliers to achieve overall Category performance and savings goals.
You will be mainly responsible for:
Leveraging the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing process for implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy and ensuring that the supply base/suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements.
Managing planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, emerging country spending, and savings forecasts.
Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists, and terms and conditions.
Ensuring identification, investigation, and selection of appropriate suppliers (focusing on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability) in accordance with company policies.
Job Qualifications
Procurement Experience: 5+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect categories such as Temporary Labor, Master Service Provider, marketing, HR benefits, marketing, and professional services.
Category Management: Experience in developing and implementing category strategies.
Supplier Management: Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field is preferred
