The successful candidate will proactively identify trends, uncover opportunities/threats, and influence the strategies and tactics that will enable the customer to grow sales and share within the market. This is a critical, strategic leadership position within the Category Management team.Key Job Responsibilities:Ability to influence and inform category strategies with advanced knowledge of Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising & Pricing that leads to improved category performance.Comfortable developing strong relationships with Buyers and cross functional partners. Prior experience leveraging and informing category, shopper and consumer insights. As owner of the modular relay process, the ability to manage large projects and resources is critical. Must have advanced knowledge of Shopper Behavior in ScintillaExpert in leveraging data resources with advanced proficiency in using Syndicated Data (Circana)Strong communication and presentation skills at the Executive level.
