In this position... 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commodity Integration Buyer to lead and support multiple NA Greenhouse Exterior commodities to achieve team objectives.  This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with both internal cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, finance, procurement and external suppliers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, delivering and collaborating with buyers and managers to deliver commercial and design TVM, monitoring distressed suppliers, sourcing targets and timing,  CBP development, key supplier reviews and Gemba events.

Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, and/or sourcing experience Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment Ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making and present clear recommendations to peers, and executive leadership Ability to build network relationships with suppliers and cross-functional skill teams (Engineering, STA, Finance, Studio, and OGC) Skills necessary to prioritize assignments and multitask to achieve goals

Lead TVM ER System Updates – Commercial MYAs Cross functional collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain leadership and buyers on all commercial updates Support Sourcing On-Time and First-Time Through Metric for New Program Sourcing. Lead Design TVM for Exteriors  Work with engineering and programs to deliver on time. Work with buyers to ensure value of savings is met. Supply chain lead in Matched Pair forums with engineering. Lead buyers in meeting distressed/risk monitoring, in collaboration with SRM team. Track timing of exit strategies for largest impact. Ensure one page summary is completed with PCA for all distressed suppliers Subject Matter Expert for the team Support buyers in populating Commodity Business Plans and meeting timing to deliver and lead report status. Support buyers in populating Quarterly Business Reviews with key supplier partners and lead report status Support Field Service, Warranty and Manufacturing Cost Recovery and lead report status Support buyer Gemba events at supplier facilities, from planning and logistics to execution and opportunity follow-up
