**A day in the life of...**
+ Support category & channel thinking of the commercial team, with responsibility in developing and implementing category strategies within channels; with a horizon of 12-36 months
+ Support marketing in developing category strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months
+ Develop the point of purchase strategies and standards for each channel category, incorporating the POP Drivers
+ Shopper ownership through route to market
+ Ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
+ Ensure compliance /provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1
**What will make you successful...**
+ Category product knowledge within the fmcg industry
+ 3+ years commercial experience as demonstrated by channel or distributor management experience
+ Business experience within trade marketing, marketing/sales or commercial functions. Preferably with Trade Marketing/CCSD experience.
+ Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management)
+ Financial implication and awareness (P&L statement, supply chain reports etc)
