You help develop a comprehensive view of what great looks like in retail enterprises for our categories. You create market-leading capabilities in managing space, range and distribution to maximize category growth throughout all retail channels and environments and track and measure performance of space against forecast plans.

How you will contribute

Main responsibilities:

Lead the team of 3 people, develop and motivate independent Category & Insight Junior managers and specialist fully responsible for their categoriesBeing a partner for Key accounts and supporting them in driving category growth initiated via best-in-class category workshops with customers Leadership of Category Management Agenda, setting up and execute annual plans of category management agenda with Sales LeadsGather in one hand all category management/ customer characteristic / shopper specific expertise to become the main point of contact for other functions in these areas – become the MDLZ Think Tank function for Category Management topics Identify business opportunities aligned with Mondelez strategy and based on channel, customer, categories trends Prepare applicable recommendations which will lead to total categories growth and improving MDLZ position on the marketPresenting shopper-oriented business recommendations for Senior Stakeholders from various functions and build proper and actionable plan and tools to bring tangible business resultsCocreation of MDLZ local strategy and annual plans via providing insightful inputs based on most actual trends, performance and deep understanding of Market trends and shopper behaviors and translate strategic goals to sales language and recommendations to our customers

What you will bring

Higher education (Master or Bachelor) in economics /finance / business / marketing or similar fieldsMinimum 5-year experience in consulting company (Nielsen), or FMCG company (Category Management, Sales /Shopper insights/ Trade Marketing Departments)Minimum 2 years experience in People ManagementExperience in direct cooperation with customersStrong analytical skills and ability to prepare business recommendations Strong presentation and communication skills (convincing others, strategic impact, building and selling recommendations)Throughout knowledge of the market, competitive environment, customers and products in all MDLZ categoriesResilience and ability to work and take decisions under time pressure in complex situationsVery good command of English and PolishProficiency level of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), Nielsen, Spaceman and other analytical tools.

The main gole of the role is to:

• be a strategic partner to our clients to give reliable and consumer-oriented recommendation resulting in total categories growth• be internal think tank initiating and driving discussion about actions to improve MDLZ position on the market (total Poland shares growth) based on throughout knowledge on categories, channels and the biggest customers specifics• manage and develop independent, highly motivated Category and Customer Insights team of 3 direct reports.
