ABOUT THE JOB: 

Assist the captain during all operations, including rope, steering, anchor and related material and equipment’s Prepare and maintenance the speed catamaran both before and after the trip Follow the suggestion and always get advice from captain. Coordinate and support local tour guides Maintain all equipment and supplies on the catamaran and at the lounge Ensure safety, readiness, and proper maintenance of the vessel and lounge at all times 

ABOUT YOU: 

At least 3 years of experience operating a speed catamaran or speedboatValid certificated helmsman license Strong knowledge of sea routes, weather conditions, and navigationFamiliar with safety standards, catamaran systems, and engines Leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a teamFirst aid or CPR certification (preferred) Strong swimming skillsClean criminal and drug recordAbility to communicate in English (an advantage)Customer service mindset
