The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerizedtomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by aphysician. These cross-sectional imagesprovide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones,which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standardprocedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist alsoperforms a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CTscans. Minimum Requirements: + High School Diploma or equivalent + One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologistpreferred. + Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging + A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications + Current CPR if applicable + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Level 1Trauma Hospital seeks CT Technologist 1+ year of experience and CTCertification 36-40 hours 8/10/12 hour shift option Every 3rd weekendobligation 3rd shift Current Epic Experience.
