CT Technologist – Computed Tomography | Multiple Shifts Location: Riverside Regional Medical Center Address: 500 J Clyde Morris Blvd, Newport News, VA 23601 Hours per Week: 36 About the Role Riverside Regional Medical Center is seeking dedicated and skilled CT Technologists to support its Radiology/Cardiology imaging services. This role involves performing high-quality CT imaging, preparing patients for procedures, administering contrast when applicable, and collaborating with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure accurate diagnostics. Staff in this position will manage patient care directly, maintain imaging quality standards, and support the workflow of a busy hospital imaging department. Key Responsibilities + Provide comprehensive CT imaging services in an acute care hospital setting + Utilize critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in all aspects of imaging + Position patients safely and accurately; operate CT scanners and related equipment + Assist radiologists with interventional CT procedures and contrast administration + Maintain accurate documentation using the facility’s charting system + Uphold all federal, state, and facility-specific regulations and radiation safety standards + Support the workflow, goals, and growth of the CT department Shift Options Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Fri–Sun, 3×12) Schedules may include 36 hours per week.
