Job Description Role
We are currently looking for a Casual Luggage Porter to join our Concierge team at Rosewood London. Our Casual Luggage Porters are appointed to deliver luggage and other items to and from our guests’ rooms as well as assisting guests.
Key expectations of this role areHandling all guest luggage and other items swiftly and carefully in accordance with Rosewood standards.Supporting the concierge team to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.Efficiently organising the luggage storage room.Attending local shops to fulfil guests’ requests and operational requirements.
ProfileHaving a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.Having a good understanding of London and its transportation links.
