Casting Quality Leader
**Job Description Summary** This role is for the Turbine Airfoils Casting Quality Leader. within the Product Safety & Quality organization. This role is accountable for the quality associated with Casting manufacturing processes and technology for both external and internal foundries. This second line leader owns/influences action planning, budgets, operating plans, and industry strategy across make and buy turbine airfoil castings. The role is guided by operating policy. Works with and leads cross functional teams. The role may have a major impact on a commodity or part family within a value stream or P&L. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to achieve outcomes. Role includes leadership for SQDC of internal and external casting suppliers and processes, Advanced Quality, Supplier Development, Quality Improvements, and/or Technology Breakthroughs. **Job Description** + **Roles and Responsibilities** + People Leader of People Leaders with senior professional direct reports.
