RESPONSIBILITIES + Finish investment castings to precise standards as per instructions + Read, interpret, and strictly follow detailed work instructions + Inspect all castings for defects + Use precision tools to handle and re-work castings. + Ensure proper use of equipment to prevent injury or damage to castings. + Maintain a fast-paced workflow to meet production targets while upholding quality standard + Record production data and report issues or deviations to the shift leader promptly + Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment + Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines + Good attention to details and focus on producing high quality work + Ability to read and follow technical instructions and process documentation + High level of manual dexterity and steady hands with proven ability to perform precise manual tasks + Experience using hand tools for detailed work such as belt and hand grinders (Pneumatic). + Comfortable working with hot materials and adhering to strict safety procedures + Basic understanding of equipment care and appreciation for working with high value equipment + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment + Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures + Ability to work on small and large products depending on customer demand.
