We are currently recruiting multiple Production Operatives to join our post Cast (Finishing) department on the weekend and night shifts. 

 

The Finishing operator will work on high quality investment castings. This role requires good attention to details, precise hand work and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. The operator must be able to work castings into the correct dimensional standard while detecting and reworking defects. There is the use of hand grinders/linishers and the operation of CCM and U/T equipment. (Training will be provided on the job).

Finish investment castings to precise standards as per instructionsRead, interpret, and strictly follow detailed work instructions Inspect all castings for defectsUse precision tools to handle and re-work castings.Ensure proper use of equipment to prevent injury or damage to castings.Maintain a fast-paced workflow to meet production targets while upholding quality standardRecord production data and report issues or deviations to the shift leader promptlyAdhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
