Casting Call - Role Players

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for **Role Players** to support the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, GA. The **Role Players** will participate in upcoming training exercises that simulate real-world environments. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to national preparedness by helping service members practice law enforcement techniques, communication, cultural awareness, and decision-making in dynamic scenarios. The Role Player will participate in law enforcement personnel training programs by role playing various types of characters in different situations. These situations include: security processing, vehicle stops, sobriety tests, suspect/witness interviews, and any other general situations that law enforcement personnel are likely to encounter in their line of duty. We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities** + Act as a civilian role player in training scenarios . + Follow scripted or improvised interactions to replicate realistic encounters. + Portray character role assigned, interview with students/instructors regarding the role. when needed, in certain controlled situations relative to the character role may be subject to physical searches by students/instructors of the same and opposite gender. + Consistently remain in the assigned character role during work schedule, which could last two to four hours – or more. + Replicate various training situations and meet the physical requirements of the assigned role to include: jumping, running, kneeling, standing bending, reaching, and etc. + Support instructors/students, adjust performance based on instructors/students feedback to meet training. + Work with training coordinators, instructors, and other role players to deliver high-quality, immersive exercises. + Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability in changing scenarios. + Portray scenario-specific roles under supervision. + Attend assigned training and rehearsals, as required. + Wear spandex/protective gear as required. + Adhere to safety and security protocols. + Return props/scenario documents after exercises. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Ability to adapt to different roles, settings, and levels of intensity. + Meet physical and character requirements of assigned scenarios + Prior role-playing, acting, military, or interpreting experience is a plus, but not required. + Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. + Role Players must be able to perform basic physical actions (e.g., walking, crouching, lying down) as required by role. + Role Players must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 60-minute intervals. + Role Players must be able to carry up to 20 pounds of training props during this timeframe. + In certain training scenarios, Role Players should be able to run up to 100 yards. + Role Players must be capable of being handcuffed and searched in a variety of positions (e.g., standing, kneeling, prone, walking backwards on their knees). + During training exercises, Role Players will be provided with safety equipment provided by the government.
