What You'll Do

You will join BCG Baku HR Team, overseeing the local recruiting efforts, while being embedded in a wider People team comprising several HR functions across the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geography. You will report to Caspian Recruiting Manager, conducting the local recruiting activities for Consulting Team roles by acting as a sparring partner to all internal stakeholders and by being accountable for the recruiting process efficiency and for ensuring the best candidate experience possible, with ownership of your practice areas and/or cohorts.
You will provide a high-quality pipeline, contributing to company development through market understanding and interviewing skills.
You will also play a crucial role in Talent Management activities for junior/temporary cohorts (Intern, Visiting Associates) in Caspian area (Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan).

 

You are good at:

 

Conducting the whole sourcing and recruiting process in order to ensure that an extensive high-quality pipeline is constantly provided for every Practice Area and/or Cohort under your responsibility;Continuously collecting inputs from Consulting Team stakeholders (Partner and Practice Area Leaders) to plan in advance sourcing needs and close the loop keeping them updated on active sourcing processes;Partnering with the interviewers’ during recruiting rounds in order to ensure that the interview sessions run smoothly throughout the recruiting rounds, providing an outstanding candidate experience;Supporting the development of digital sourcing tools to reinforce BCG positioning as innovative and attractive consulting firm;Identifying creative ways to find relevant talent pools through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct scouting, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, headhunters, association memberships, employees, referral and networking, etc;Ensuring the correct use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective sourcing management;Caring about candidates’ readiness for the interview sessions by providing them with tips and hints and useful materials;Contributing to career development projects for junior/temporary profiles in Caspian area, ensuring alignment with BCG’s HR strategy, taking notes on calls with managers and advisees, preparing mid-check document to be shared, requesting project evaluations from evaluators;Analyzing cohort metrics and providing insights to drive informed HR decisions.

What You'll Bring

Relevant experience (at least 3-4 years) in Recruiting & Employer Branding roles in a multinational company (preferably professional services firms);Advanced level experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);Relevant experience in using ATS systems and report set up and running;Very good communication skills, both written and oral in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;Solid analytical skills as well as hands-on operational capabilities;Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and strong attention to detail in order to meet deadlines;Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and different stakeholders, consistently handling situations with sensibility and patience.
