While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting other whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

Responsible for improving guest service, developing and implementing new promotions, maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP guests.Explaining promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all guests. Explains the benefits and privileges of using a player's card.Responsible for developing and increasing guest visits and play habits.

Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness card (Must be at least 21 years of age)At least two (2) years of previous experience.Must be professional and maintain confidentiality to surveillance operations and activities.
