POSITION SUMMARY
The Casino Cage Manager is responsible and accountable for the successful operation of the Casino Cage and Caesars Rewards Center. The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and manages the staffing and scheduling activities of the Casino Cage department, to align with both the department budget as well as operational service needs of the property. Develops and manages the budget for the Casino Cage department. Maintain proper cash levels for business volume and compliance requirements. Interacts with all guests and team members to positively affect interactions with guests and team members, and demonstrates resiliency to deal with difficult situation in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow team members. Model behaviors and train team members to ensure Family Style Service standards are met or exceeded. Responsible for the training and evaluations of the Casino Cage department Supervisors. Ensure all company standard operation procedures, SOX, internal controls, gaming regulations, responsible gaming and federal regulations (Title 31/AML compliance) are being followed. Responsible to the head of Finance for successful performance of assigned duties. Meet with departmental director and managers as necessary. Prepare policies for Casino Cage department to ensure that Colorado Gaming laws, regulations and controls and company policies and procedures are being followed. Develop disciplinary guidelines for Casino Cage department. Review and issue performance documents as required by department and/or property guidelines. Communicate any problems with the Director of Finance, Risk & Compliance Manager or other departments through required written reports or verbal communication. Final approval of payroll for Casino Cage department to include Paid Time Off requests. Provides vital information about marketing/property events/promotions to Casino Cage team members. Prepare and approve training materials for all Casino Cage team embers with the assistance of the Cage Supervisors. Ensure the security of all casino funds. Investigates variance with audit, surveillance and other departments as necessary. Conduct interviews and makes hiring decision for new team members. Evaluate guest play and provides information for patrons as requested. Approves marketing offers and comps that are above the limits of the Cage Supervisors. Completes all company-required training within designated time frames. Performs other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or GED is required. Five years' experience in cage operations or bank experience preferred. Some experience in guest services preferred. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high customer demand environment with previous cash handling and customer service experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Key Gaming License. Must be able to receive and maintain any and all required certifications. Must complete all required company training.PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Stand, walk, and sit during shift. Listen and speak with guests effectively. Bend/Lift up to 30 lbs. Operate a computer and 10 key calculator. Fast-paced customer service environment. Ability to multi-task and solve complex problems. Meet deadlines that may require an irregular work schedule. Perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment. Exposure to variable temperatures and bright flashing lights and potential loud noise environment.
