Delaware North Travel is searching for a part-time Cashroom Clerk to join our team at Detroit Airport in Detroit, Michigan. As a Cashroom Clerk, you'll be responsible for all counting, balancing, and reconciling cash collected including tracking shortages, performing nest audits and training new employees on cash handling procedures. What will you do?Reconcile all cash drawers and safe countsEnsure proper cash handling procedures are being followed by all team membersProperly handle team member cash outs on a shift basis and report any discrepanciesMaintain accurate financial records, ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements during shiftPrepare change orders as necessaryWork with management team on loss prevention strategyIdentify gaps in proper cash handling procedures and report findings to leadership
