Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the settlement and collection of automotive after-sales service paymentsEnsure the accuracy, completeness of the bank/cash statement on a daily & monthly basisReview and proceed reimbursement according to company regulationsArrange reimbursement and payment for employees and suppliers through e-bankingIssue VAT invoices based on sales orders, and complete the express delivery of invoicesComplete other tasks assigned by department head or leader e.g. data analysis, process optimization etc.

 

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

College diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proficient with MS Office.Communication skill in both Chinese and English.Team player who is strong in analytical thinking, conflict management and influencing & impact.
