Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will:
To demonstrate the ability to be efficient and effective with timeTo supervise the activities of the cash section and to monitor the balancing of cash totalTo establish good rapport and relationship with customers, handle their requests and enquiries skilfullyTo take personal accountability for decisions, actions, and risk mitigation, solving customers’ problemsTo address customers’ dissatisfaction and provide alternatives or solutions in accordance with Customer Response Handling GuidelineTo provide support to Customer Service Manager as and when requiredTo perform other branch operational duties as assigned after banking hoursTo assist other team members to accomplish their works and keep the team on trackTo be the dual controller of cash in the branch and to open and lock up the safeTo supervise, count, sort and prepare cash which are to be delivered to and from Main Treasury and to monitor and estimate branch cash supplySome careers have more impact than others.
