Cash Reconciliations – Trade Lifecycle Specialist III (Open to fresh graduates)

As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist III within Cash Reconciliations, you will support Team Leads in meeting client service requirements through reconciliations, data analysis, and testing. You will be responsible for tracking and executing activities in line with regulatory standards, participating in review activities, and providing coverage for Team Leaders when needed. Your role involves assisting Team Leads and Managers with audits, controls, and process reviews, as well as collaborating with Technical Specialists to implement process improvements. You will also be tasked with escalating issues to Team Leads or Managers and working closely with relevant parties to develop solutions. This position requires expertise in financial instruments, payments processing platforms, and a foundational professional accountancy qualification. Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with peers, colleagues, and clients. Your focus will be on supporting team operations, ensuring compliance, and promoting process improvements in cash reconciliations.

Job responsibilities:

Support Team Leads in managing delivery of clients' service requirements (reconciliations, data analysis, escalation of ageing breaks, testing)Track and perform activities flawlessly while adhering to the regulatory norms and guidelinesParticipate and support Team Lead in review activitiesShould be able to step in as a cover for Team leaders on need basis.Support Team Leads and Managers in Audit, Controls and Process reviews.Leverage on knowledge to identify and implement improvements to processes in response to operational and client service requirements - work with Technical Specialists to achieve this.Escalate issues to Team Lead / Manager and work closely with relevant parties to effect solutions
