What Finance Operations (Cash Posting) contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance Operations is responsible for core financial operation processes. This can include customer and vendor contract administration, customer and vendor pricing, rebates, billing vendor chargeback research and reconciliation.

Managing the cash posting, month end, and pre-close duties for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (Clients) we serviceResponsible for assisting 10-14 clients dailyCritical thinking in relation to gathering informationAbility to communicate effectively through email, on phone and in personProficiency with Microsoft ExcelPossesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignmentsWorks independently within established procedures but will receive general guidance on new assignmentsMay provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team membersQualifications
High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferredIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills highly preferred10 Key skills preferredPrevious cash posting experience preferredAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail required1+ years’ experience in related field preferredWhat is expected of you and others at this level
