Job DescriptionTo grow and maintain an active portfolio of agents fulfilling the Partner Banking Channel development and penetration. Under the supervision of the Manager Alternate channels the following are among the key job responsibilities Drive end to end sales recruitment of Cash Plus agents including the onboarding training, set up plus ongoing maintenance and support right through agent decommissioning as per process requirementsManage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesMaximize growth of Partner Banking revenue in line with agreed KPIs for the reporting periodDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions through collaboration with Branch Managers, Enterprise Risk Management, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Business and amp Commercial, Points of Presence and Area ManagersImplement an effective monitoring of the service level agreements and efficiency with agents to ensure acceptable turnaround time and customer service experienceManage existing agents and grow portfolio through collaboration with Business and amp Commercial, Points of Presence Network and through hand holding of new agents on the benefits or challenges the business is facing in handling Cash PlusImplement a program of monitoring post acquisition engagementJob Details
