We are looking for a Cash Management Support Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. As a core member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, you will be responsible for a broad range of cash application processes related to medical accounts receivable in support multiple site locations. This role adheres to company policies and all applicable laws and regulations regarding cash posting of medical claims and patient balances. The Cash Management Support Specialist works closely with other staff to identify, resolve and share information regarding payer trends and guideline updates. The Cash Management Support Specialist will report to the Cash Applications Manager and work in our Centennial, CO office. HYBRID in Denver - 1-2 days per week in Centennial office and the other days work from home. 6:00AM - 3:00PM Mountain Time / Mon - Fri • Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits plus, HSA & FSA Savings Accounts• Supplemental Coverage – Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Insurance• 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match• Company paid Life and AD&D Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability• Employee Discounts• Tuition Reimbursement• Paid Time Off & Holidays Responsibilities As a Cash Management Support Specialist, you will... + Import electronic remittance advices from clearinghouse portal to software system + Retrieve remittance advices from payer portals + Prepare daily denial and deposit batches + Denial batch posting per line item financial, manual posting + Populate daily batch deposit/denial cover sheet + Scan and OCR deposit/denial batches + Create file folders for deposits and file + Assist with cash research to identify unidentified deposits + Process credit card payment transactions via clearinghouse portal + Other duties, as determined by your supervisor Qualifications + High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college a plus + At least one to two (1-2) years of experience in medical cash posting arena with a working knowledge of managed care, commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement; home infusion experience a plus + General accounting skills + Experience working to meet deadlines + Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills + Ability to type 40 wpm and proficiency with 10-key calculator + Ability to independently obtain and interpret information + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed About our Line of Business Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a specialty infusion company focused on providing complex pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients outside of the hospital.
