Cash Management Consultant Senior - Government Not-For-Profit

You are responsible for providing Cash Management solutions to branch managed customers/prospects over the phone and for providing Cash Management assistance to the Small Business Specialist. You have found the right team.
As a Cash Management Solutions Officer - Government Not-for-Profit (GNP) within Business Banking, you will play a crucial role in the business development process. You will provide Cash Management solutions to branch-managed customers and prospects over the phone, support the GNP Small Business Specialist, and assist GNP Cash Management Consultants with pricing, RFP processes, and deal management. Your expertise will help ensure timely and accurate completion of these tasks.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Convey a professional, knowledgeable, and confident demeanor both over the phone and in person.
+ Collaborate with GNP Business Relationship Managers to develop new profitable Cash Management business and grow the existing portfolio via phone interactions.
+ Leverage core knowledge to recommend and promote Cash Management solutions to clients and prospects, while adhering to risk parameters that protect the bank.
+ Serve as the subject matter expert on Chase Business Online, performing client onboarding with professionalism and skill.
+ Manage customer expectations by communicating timelines and deliverables upfront, partnering with clients to ensure successful implementation of Cash Management products.
+ Actively participate in partner meetings, communicating key Cash Management messages accurately and promptly.
+ Create accurate and timely proformas (pricing) and ensure all required approvals are obtained before implementation.
+ Support the RFP process by working with CMCs and creating proformas.
+ Own the Cash Management back-end processes, ensuring consistent adherence to procedures and appropriate retention of materials (e.g., Exception Pricing Process, CORE processes).
+ Build collaborative internal relationships to foster partnerships with CMC/BRM/BSB/AMs and other key resources.
+ Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and complying with regulatory requirements, adhering to all risk and authority matrices, CORE processes, and AML/KYC requirements.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Minimum of one year of experience in Cash Management/Treasury Services or related business experience.
+ General knowledge of Cash Management products and solutions.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
+ Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence those outside of direct management control.
+ Marketing expertise to proactively and creatively present solutions to clients and prospects.
+ Business acumen to understand the Cash Management business environment and manage business results in alignment with strategic objectives.
+ Excellent time management skills, with the ability to plan activities, manage time, and accomplish tasks and objectives consistently.
+ Sound judgment and professionalism in decision-making and communication, both internally and externally.
+ High motivation, demonstrating tenacity, focus, and discipline to achieve results.
