NCR Atleos was ranked #12 in Newsweek’s prestigious 2025 Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® list. **TITLE: Cash Management Analyst** **GRADE: 9** **LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia** **Key Areas of Responsibility:** + Responsible for managing daily cash operations services and currency management, including forecasting and understanding customer needs and NCR’s role in the global market. + Adapts global processes to meet local requirements. + Analyzes support operations to identify opportunities for process improvement based on key metrics, account reviews, and customer feedback. + Develops and maintains a broad network of relationships with customers, peers, and colleagues to identify opportunities, gather market information, respond to inquiries, and seek input on issues to maintain competitive advantage. + Maintains a heightened sense of urgency in reactive support situations and demonstrates proactive responses in managing all issues, escalations, and customer notifications until resolution. + Improves operational controls and ensures compliance with all regulations. + Operationally responsible for ensuring the organization has appropriate staffing, delivering services in line with agreed SLAs and mutually agreed ADHOC deliverables. + Responsible for performance measurement and monitoring of service providers, capable of leading individuals or groups toward desired outcomes. + Oversees the network managing cash points that run out of cash and determines whether additional cash is needed. + Ensures that cash points (ATMs or branches) are serviced in a way that avoids cash shortages while maximizing the utilization rate of delivered cash to approach optimal costs under given circumstances. + Manages activation and deactivation of cash points in the system. + Prepares and sends daily ATM loading schedules to vendors/customers. + Uses cash ordering tools to determine and send daily bulk cash orders to vendors/customers. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. + Experience in customer relationship management. + Experience managing a team of over 30 people. + Ability to manage both technical and non-technical workforce. + Excellent leadership skills. + Capable of analyzing opportunities and implementing profitable new business. + Able to evaluate and recommend tools for managing profitability across all customer activities. + Recognizes strategic opportunities and high-return activities that lead to success. + Demonstrates urgency and addresses issues with strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to attract, develop, and lead a team of qualified professionals, setting high standards of behavior and performance for individuals and teams.
