Cash Management Administrator – Lima, Peru

We’ll look to you to use your keen eye for detail to ensure items going through our check processing department are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Role Responsibilities

Perform daily client deposit reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with banks. Process FX payments and send client confirmations within SLA. Process payment instructions from company-owned stores (checks or transfers). Coordinate payment refunds or reimbursements with clients and banks. Prepare daily reports on payments, reconciliations, and operational KPIs. Ensure compliance with internal controls, Treasury policies, and SBS/AML regulations.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.  2-3 years of back-office experience in payment reconciliation, bank account management, treasury or banking. Advanced level in Excel is a must. Knowledge of Oracle and/or Power Bi will be nice to have. Intermediate English is preferred for this role. We are looking for someone who has a high level of communication at team level, working under pressure and objectives, collaboration and proactive skills. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.
