Overview

The Accounts Payable Mail Specialist calls for an individual who is able to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. This position focuses on daily handling, researching, and processing of Accounts Payable and distributing company mail/packages.

Responsibilities Proficient use of computers and data entry Use of FedEx systemUse of Postage meter Scans invoices electronically into computer imaging systemOpens, research, codes, and distributes daily Accounts Payable and Payroll mailMaintains AP operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changesUse of stuffer machine for AP checks and letters from other departmentsDistribute mail/packages throughout the building on multiple floors Qualifications High school GED preferredMailroom experience preferredAccounts Payable experience preferredMicrosoft Outlook experience preferred.
