Cash Disbursement Data Integration Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is currently seeking a Cash Disbursement Data Integration Analyst for a premier healthcare provider in Louisville, KY. This will be a contracted role. The Cash Disbursement Services Data Integration Analyst is responsible for developing and enhancing payroll data integration processes while serving as a subject matter expert in payroll systems. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage data mapping, conversion, and migration for acquisitions and system upgrades. The analyst provides guidance on payroll processes, identifies workflow improvements, and ensures seamless data integration by partnering with Payroll leadership. Additional responsibilities include analyzing new payroll data, generating reports, and delivering actionable insights to support operational efficiency. Skills and Requirements · 3+ years of experience with data analytics  · Programming languages such as SQL and Oracle  · HRIS experience - ADP preferred  · Strong knowledge of payroll practices, regulations, and procedures  · Strong within excel (pivot tables, queries, etc) Experience with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, and Microsoft Windows 10 and Office365 Associate Degree or BA in related field or equivalent experience preferred
