Cash Control Manager
**Job Description:** The Manager of Cash Control is responsible for leading and overseeing the Quality Assurance (QA) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) functions within the Revenue Services Center (RSC). This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of processes related to billing, follow-up, provider enrollment, credits, payment posting, EDI, and other RSC operations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in revenue cycle QA oversight and portal administration management and will lead teams focused on maintaining high operational standards and regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop, implement, and maintain a robust QA program that audits and monitors compliance with standard operational procedures across multiple RSC functions. Review and assess processes related to RSC (i.e. billing, follow-up, credits, provider enrollment, and payment posting) to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. Partner with departmental leadership to establish and enforce operational standards and best practices. Analyze QA findings and trends to develop training, reporting, and improvement initiatives. Manage the EDI team responsible for payor enrollment, clearinghouse setup, and data integrity related to electronic claims submissions. Oversee payor web portal administration, ensuring proper access controls, timely setup, and efficient utilization. Serve as the escalation point for issues related to EDI rejections, payor connectivity, and portal workflows. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations in electronic data handling and submission. **Team Leadership & Development** Supervise and mentor QA and EDI staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Develop team goals aligned with department objectives and monitor progress regularly. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. **Collaboration & Communicatio** n Work closely with IT, Compliance, Billing, and other internal teams to support process improvement initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert on QA and EDI-related processes within the revenue cycle. Communicate audit findings, system issues, and process changes to stakeholders clearly and effectively. **Qualifications:** Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle operations with at least 2 years in a leadership. 2 years of QA & EDI oversight role. **Key Competencies:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in interpreting data and quality reports to drive decisions. Effective team leadership and performance management skills. **Work Environment:** Remote.
