Our client in the McKinney, TX are is looking for a Cash Applications Specialist to support daily payment processing, ensure accurate posting, and assist with issue resolution related to incoming payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Review daily AR bank activity and post incoming payments.

Apply AR payments accurately based on customer remittance info.

Post Cash, Credit Card, Check, ACH, and wire AR payments into proper accounts.

Investigate, resolve, and reconcile AR unapplied or misapplied payments.

Process customer refund requests for overpayments or cancellations.
